IR Photo Diode / Flame Detective Sensor
Description:
This is a high speed 2 pin diode with high sensitivity. It is made with 3mm LED structure and packaged with epoxy material, which makes it sensitive to IR and good for light filtering and flame detecting.
It is also used for remote control.
